The food, service, spacious room with a view, onsen, pick up and drop off service from the station exceeded expectations. Traditional and delicious meals prepared by the family grandmother. Friendly staff and peaceful location.
Nothing it was perfect.

Spending Christmas at this traditional Japanese accommodation was a unique and enjoyable experience. The food was exceptional, prepared by a skilled family member, and the hot springs were a relaxing treat. The spacious room with a stunning view only added to the charm. The pick-up and drop-off service from the station was excellent, making it easy to arrive and depart without any hassle.
The location was quite remote, making it difficult to explore beyond the hotel. Those seeking a more lively atmosphere may want to consider other accommodations.

Surrounded by hills and mountains, this peaceful hotel provides spacious rooms with breathtaking views. The rooms are beautifully decorated with all facilities, and the food served, made of seasonal vegetables and fishes, is outstanding. The breakfast and dinner display a collection of food presenting itself as a work of art, and the onsen is serene, often empty, allowing privacy. The staff are extremely professional and welcoming, ensuring guests feel comfortable and at home. Finally, the hotel offers complementary pick-up service on request.
The hotel is not suited for those having difficulty walking as it lacks elevators.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The facilities were outstanding, including the clean and cozy room with a beautiful view, the traditional onsen, and the convenient shuttle service. The staff really made our experience memorable with their friendly and helpful attitude. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast served each morning.
Nothing at all.

This hidden gem was the highlight of our city trip, with its exceptional hospitality and delicious traditional meals. The stunning views from our spacious room were breathtaking, making our stay even more memorable. The friendly family running it was always eager to help and provided a shuttle service to any nearby attractions. They even tailored one of our meals to meet our dietary restrictions. We also enjoyed the unique experience of soaking in hot springs, which was incredibly calming.
The lack of nearby urban activities and transportation. It made it difficult to explore other areas without relying on the shuttle service or taxi rides.
